LightEnerG™ Female Lamp Cords with Bare Wire Ends are used between a ballast and a male lamp cord and can turn any ballast into a LightEnerG™ compatible ballast. It can also be used to plug into the end of LightEnerG™ fixtures to have a bare wire end.
